Practical help, delivered with care

Four core programs serve families across Sylhet and the surrounding region. All services are free of charge.

Program 01

Food Support

Weekly food parcels with rice, lentils, oil and seasonal produce for households facing hardship, plus community meals during festivals and emergencies.

• Weekly parcel distribution every Saturday
• Emergency food relief within 48 hours of referral
• Special support during floods and lean seasons

Program 02

Health & Wellbeing

Free health screenings, wellness workshops and referrals connect families with the care they need — with special attention to mothers, children and the elderly.

• Monthly health camps with volunteer doctors
• Maternal and child health check-ups
• Referrals and escort to Sylhet hospitals

Program 03

Family & Social Support

Trained caseworkers sit with families in crisis — offering counselling, guidance through official paperwork, and emergency assistance when it matters most.

• Confidential one-to-one counselling
• Help accessing government support schemes
• Emergency assistance for widows and orphans

Program 04

Community Outreach

We go where the need is — visiting elderly neighbours, running awareness drives on health and hygiene, and organising seasonal relief across surrounding villages.

• Home visits for the elderly and housebound
• Hygiene and health awareness campaigns
• Winter blanket and Eid gift distributions
